What customers want?!

Did you meet weird customers before? I did.
Sometimes I think they swear to god they will make the site worse!
When you tell your client, if we removed that feature which will cost you more and added that feature which will gain you more money, and he refuse, because his competitors has these features he is asking for, and he doesn't want to appear less than what they did, I put him in the category of weird customer!

That kind of customers need the same features their competitors have, exactly the same. They ask you to do what they want, and not telling you their problem and asking you how to solve it online.

I know he has competitors and that’s why I want to make him a real website that will get him money not just cool features which do not gain him a thing!

Really, I feel I’m in front of a small kid who want the same toy his friend has!
What to do in that case? Just refuse the job.

you’ll find a mad person on the phone shouting and saying “we need to do as they did”

believe me, weird customers are pain in the ass!
there is some designers that loves working with that type of customers, because they just copy the features from another website OR they love the pain in the ass!!
